It is a medium intensity product whose notes allow a very varied use. Besides using raw, the combination with potato puddings or boiled vegetables are recommended.

Semidana is a cultivar found throughout Sardinia and with a particular spread in the central area. It was selected by Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the project to enhance the typical cultivars of Sardinia.
The Semidana is a monocultivar that expresses an Extra Virgin olive oil with light bitter tones, a hint of golden apple, almond and a large spicy imprint, which then remains on the palate with a pleasantly persistent note.
